Are Australian cocaine users more likely to be diagnosed with or treated for a mental illness, compared to those who do not use cocaine?

Among Australians who used cocaine in the past 12 months, 22% had been diagnosed with or treated for a mental illness. By comparison, 17% of Australians who did not use cocaine had received a diagnosis.
