Are younger or older unemployed Australians more likely to have used cannabis in the past 12 months?

Unemployed Australians aged 18-24 years are more likely than unemployed Australians in other age groups to have used cannabis in the past 12 months.

13%* of unemployed Australians aged 14-17 years used cannabis in the past 12 months compared to 30% of 18-24 year olds, 16% of 25-29 year olds; 20% of 30-39 year olds, 18% of 40-49 year olds, 11% of 50-59 year olds, and 7%* of 60+ year olds. * Estimate has a relative standard error of 25% to 50% and should be used with caution.
